It can be had with either a traditional 6-speed transmission or a 6-speed Touchtronic automatic with manual override. With a lightweight aluminum and carbon fiber body. the DBS is capable of a maximum 191 mph and 0-62 mph in 4. 3 seconds. And with 85% of its total weight between the axles. the low center of gravity allows for precise control and stability. The chassis sits on 20" wheels with carbon fiber fenders wrapped around them. The panels of the body have been sculpted to move air toward the engine and braking system for cooling. The DBS uses an Active Damping System to adjust the car's ride and handling. from a softer. cushier experience to a stiffer. sportier feel. The "Track" mode automatically sets the suspension for taking turns at speed. The DBS also features Dynamic Stability Control for maximum traction. and carbon ceramic brakes deliver shorter braking distances with lighter materials.
