No major maintenance completed while I've had it. However, t will need front upper control arms & bushings (doesn't currently affect driving). The headlights are adaptive, eaning the light turns as you turn the wheel. The adaptive part of the front left headlamp is not working, hough. It only points straight. I have the Carfax from when I purchased the vehicle, hich shows an accident in 2007 involving right rear impact. No airbag deployment. And no structural damage that required a salvage title, o title is clean. Some door dings (I can try to get closer images if needed) Interior rear door panel shows a horizontal crack in the plastic over the carbon fiber. A couple of the console buttons push down a little slow (Tel and Name), ut still operate fine.
