1998 BMW 528i Base Sedan 4-Door 2.8L e39

Up for sale is a 1998 BMW 528i e39. The car runs and drives very well. The car is stored in a heated garage through the winter, nd will be stored again this year as soon as snow hits the ground. The rear tires have about 65% of the tread on them, nd the front ones could be replaced with about 25% left. The tires are low profile, hich did not come stock on the car so it does ride slightly rougher than regular sized tires. The car is a 5 speed automatic with rear wheel drive. The car currently has 172,000 miles on it (BMW e39s are known for reaching over 300,000 miles). It is my daily driver until the winter so the mileage will go up. The car is also fully loaded with a sunroof, eated front seats (with adjustable temp), eated steering wheel, ual climate controls, emory seats, telescopic steering wheel, ftermarket DVD player, tc. I love the car but have purchased a truck to get me through the winter and cannot afford to keep both or I would. The car has always had synthetic oil changes, nd been filled with 93 octane premium gasoline. No rips in leather. CLEAR TITLE IN HAND
Problems:
-The thermometer reads in the red zone, owever the coolant temp sensor has been replaced. The mechanic says the computer needs to be reset for it to read properly.
-The ABS Speed sensor has been replaced, owever the ABS light, nd traction control light are still on. The mechanic said the code for this might need to be reset in order for the lights to turn off. Because the ABS Speed sensor is getting a code stating it is needing attention, he car needs to be manually shifted from 2nd to 3rd gear, nd 3rd to 4th gear. It sounds confusing, owever it is very easy and effortless to do.
-The Check Engine light is on because the "Primary and Secondary Air Banks" need to be replaced, long with camshaft sensor.
-AC does not work. I am not sure if it needs to be recharged, r something else is needed, owever in Michigan, e only get about 7 days where you actually need the air so I never had it looked at.
-High Beams do not work, owever you do not need them with the HID headlights.
-No heat comes into the cabin when idling.
-Camshaft/Crankshaft sensor needs to be replaced as you can hear a slight ticking when the engine is running.-Starter needs to be replaced, ut after about 2-3 tries it will start right up. The mechanic said this is from sitting through the winters, t collects moisture in the starter.
