My wife and I bought this car certified prowned 8/31/2010, rom Germain BMW in FL.We live in NJ but purchased this car for out vacation home in FL.

We bought the car with 33612 miles. It now has 43187. We soldour place in FL and shipping the car to NJ via truck.

On 5/12/15 (42300 miles) we sold the car to a friend who promised to pay us in a month and never did, o we took the car back and now it is registered and titled in my name in NJ

Top works perfect.No issues with top operation at all.

There is a little wear on center console in back seat. Retractable rear console cover is broken as well. See pictures

Everything works in this car as it should.
