BMW M7 (7 series) Mechanic's Dream!

Original owner put in over $30,000 of upgrades and installations into it. Selling it because my job doesn't allot me the time to put in to fix it.
The Good:
- NO Accidents
- 400+ HP
- Engine was replaced in 2006
- Dinan 3 system installation
- M kit
- 20" black Beyern 5 spoke rims
- custom metallic blue paint body job
- Bilstein shocks
- Quad Remus Exhaust
- Bavarian front stress bar
- Rear spoiler
- LED Angel Eye Lights
- Tinted front head lights
- K&N air intake with custom air box
- H&R springs
- 12" infinity Subwoofers with custom box
- New Spark Plugs
- New battery
- New Timing Chains/Guides
- New Brake Hoses
- New Manifold (CCV/OSV)
The Bad
- Tensioner pulley & belt need to be replaced (reason that engine light is on)
- Rear window regulators need to be replaced
- Air Filter needs to be switched out & transmission fluid/filter needs to be changed (haven't gotten to either)
- Driver's seat needs realignment- Coolant Hoses need to be replaced- Power Steering Hoses need to be replaced- New tail lights need to be installed (will come with purchase!)
