That's $4,000 off Kelly Blue Book Value in Good Condition!How did I arrive at my Buy It Now price?
My price is based on Kelly Blue Book Value on this car in VERY GOOD condition for sale to a private party which allows for theexterior issues. I declined to list it in EXCELLENT condition which would have bumped it up another $900. However, am further discounting this price another $2,000 (doesn't include the original $2000 markdown) for the exterior issues. I arrived at the price by averaging the prices from New York,Chicago, nd Los Angeles.
The body work would cost about $1,500 at my body shop which is the one used by Geico, y insurance company. They wouldn't replace the bumper. No need. Plastic can berepaired and you can't tell the difference. Replacing the wheels would be expensive and I haven't priced that out but would you really pay thousands of dollars to replace perfectly good wheels just because they are scraped? This is why the car is discounted so much from Kelly Blue Book. Look, his is a used car and used cars are rarely perfect although this one is perfect inside. If I would put $4,000 into this car to make it perfect would I get that $4,000 back in the sale? I doubt it. So I pass that savings onto you and you get to decide whether you want a perfect car or not.
I just looked at all the cars I have to compete with and they are all dealers and all the cars are priced near or above my asking price. Damn those dealers. What happened to Ebay? Anyway, he biggest reason you should buy from me is the warranty. Prior to 2015, MW warranties are transferable. You will find most of the cars for sale only have a 90-day warranty. My car comes with peace of mind and that's worth a lot. I have discounted this car $4,000 to help you pay for shipping. My last car went about a 1000 miles for $500 so it shouldn't cost you more than $800 if you shop around. I'm open to any reasonable offer.
I am the original owner of the car, aving purchased it new in the fall of 2013. The car as built came out to $48,500 from my local dealer with no discounts. I put out requests for quotes and got one from a California dealer that saved me $4,000. I priced the vehicle out today on bmw.com and it came to $47,500 but the car has changed and it didn't have many of the great options I have like paddle shifters and sports seats that extend for long distance driving. If these and other options were available I imagine the car would come to $50,000. The warranty is fully transferable (BMW now won't let owners transfer warranties on 2015vehicles and later), t just had it'srecommended service a few days ago and has been fully detailed, nside and out and including the engine. It has the feel of a new car aided by the relatively low miles. With the warranty to fully protect you for the next 1.5 years or 27,500 miles, hichever come first, ou are getting a great pre-owned car up to $21,000 off the sticker price of a new one. Next time I buy a car it's going to be pre-owned for the great savings you get. Who needs brand new? It's not worth it.
Defects you should know about are these: The wheels have been scraped by curbs due to less from my drivingskill to the fact that the run-flat tires have a low profile. Also, he car was lightly rear-ended while parked in a lot. Theculprit left no note and Iwanted to leave it up to the buyer as to whether he/shewants itrepaired or not. It is a minor cosmetic issue and I have discounted the car to reflect this minor damage. Another minorcosmetic issue are light smudges on theblack panel of the passenger door due to grazing bushes surrounding my driveway. I have photos of these defects. The photo of theblack bumper looks like it isdented due to the light. It is not dented. It just looks that way. You may also think the interiorleather is orange. It is not. It's red. Thelight made it look that way.
This might sound like a lot but you can see from the photos that that the car looks mint from a distance. It's really in perfect shape, inus these issues, nd the interior, he placewhere you live, as a brand new feel. The engine isimmaculate. I am also throwing in bad weatherrubber floor mats inaddition to the carpeted mats that came with the car that have never been used.
Upon seeing and driving this car I believe you will have a new car experience. You can be sure this posting iscompletely honestwhich is backed by the auto warranty and my 100% positive seller/buyer rating. This is the third car I am selling on Ebay and the last two customers are totally satisfied. One guy flew from Oregon, met him at the airport and handed him the keys. Other goodies not listed. All you have to have is your key in your pocket or purse and the door will open and lock with the touch of your finger. You also don't need to insert the key to start the car. Tolock the car just press three grooved lines on the door handle. Also, epending on the outside temperature,theengine will turn off when you come to a stop at a light or in traffic. This is a feature I appreciated. It gets quiet while you're waiting
