2003 BMW 330ci - NICE CAR! RECENT MAINTENANCE!

I have for sale a 2003 BMW 330ci coupe. 5 speed automatic steptronic transmission. Silver with black leather interior.
Clean Carfax, 2nd owner.

Brakes (all new rotors, pads, sensors)

New upper and lower hoses.

New thermostat / thermostat housing.

New belt tensioner pulley.
New bmw coolant.
New battery at 112,000 miles
New front struts at 109,000 miles
Includes new touch up paint for exterior and kit to freshen up the leather seats
Condition
Runs, drives, stops great. 225 HP, car is actually really quick (I'm an E46 enthusiast and also have an M3). Tires are good all around. Interior is solid - no tears, etc. There are a few hairline cracks in the shifter handle cover and plastic trim.
Issues...
Only 1 key fob (key fob battery is dead so you have to open the door manually)
Lock mechanism and outside handle of the passenger door aren't working, you have to open the passenger door from inside the car.
The wipers need some adjustment - they work fine but when turned off don't go all the way down.
Car has a few small rust spots. Lower lip of hood. Spot on left front quarter panel. Right rear of trunk lid.
Right front of bumper is scuffed.
This car is not perfect, various small dings and scratches as you'd expect from a 13 year old car.
This is a mechanically solid good looking bmw for a reasonable price. Feel free to ask questions or see the car in person.
