2008 BMW M5 Alpine White only 57K Miles

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE DESCRIPTION AND REVIEW ALL 39 PICTURES BELOW THIS WILL ANSWER MOST OF YOUR QUESTIONS.

CLEAN TITLE, TITLE ON HAND. NOTRADES, NO FINANCING, I AM NOT A CAR DEALER. Up for sale is my Beautiful 2008 BMW M5 with approx. 56759 Miles on it (on 7-20-2016) this M5 will be driven so depending on when this listing ends mileage will differ very little we currently put about 100 miles a week. Alpine White Exterior with Silverstone perforated full merino leather seats, the interior Anthracite wood trims are in perfect condition. The alcantara headliner is in stunning condition. The exterior Alpine white paint is in superb shape with no scratches with the exception of 2 blemishes on the rear bumper which are nothing major (Please see pictures). The interior is in superb shape as well with no tears or any broken trims or switches.

This car is fully optioned including vented seats with the exception of HUD and Soft Door Closing.

I am the 3rd owner of this car I purchased it in April 2015 and went all the way to Virginia to grab this baby, at the time I could not find a better M5 than this one, it was well cared for from the previous owner (70 year old man) and adult driven. I have put approx. 13500K Miles under my ownership, 5K miles are real highway miles for a couple road trips I have done.

I do have a Carfax available that I just purchased for interested buyers the Carfax hasn’t changed much since I purchased however in the first 6months of her life under the first owner there was an accident reported I don’t have much info of what exactly happened but it appears to have been on the front right (passenger’s side) due to some rivets on the right side rail (please see pictures), it was repaired professionally with absolutely zero problems, the car is 100% straight and true. When I purchased the car I had the previous owner send the car to Fairfax BMW for a complete inspection with the “Mention” PAY ATTENTION “inspect frame and inspect SMG Tranny more than you normally would” BMW called me and assured me that the car was 100% straight and true, I then headed from Miami to Virginia to pick up this baby.
Under my ownership I over maintained it, I’m a true car enthusiast I own several sports cars as I am in the business of selling high performance parts (mostly Porsche) so I understand the nature of this beast. Oil changes every 4K’, Brake Fluid Flush completed, recently replaced all brake pads, cabin air filters SMG TRANSMISSION OIL very important. And way more I do have a list on mycarfax.com of all maintenance performed under my ownership to keep track, I will provide buyer with a copy of it. I also have some service records from previous owner as well.
The only major repair under my ownership was the SMG PDLC Sensor so your good for another 8 years, this is a common failure on BMW M5 with SMG, I performed the repair and have done smg adaptations and she runs like a million bucks.

Mechanical condition.
Absolutely nothing to do to it, ready to get driven anywhere. ZERO ISSUES. Tires have approx. 50% tread wear (50% life), Wheels are wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza S-04.

Updated CIC Navigation System with updated iDrive controller, this is the most desirable upgrade an M5 owner can ask for. (Cost $2500) The only downside is that you lose AUX connection however I stream music via Bluetooth with a Bluetooth transmitter I will include it with the car.
Full Led Interior Lighting
Software upgrades (The good stuff)
Windows up or down with Key Fob that includes folding mirrors when locking with key fob.
Digital speedometer on cluster
EURO SMG Software much better than USA software.
ORIGINAL PARTS
I do have the original Exhaust and Original Wheels, both in excellent condition.

I have no problem to have this car inspected at any BMW Dealer or Indy shop around my area however you will get a clean report back. I have nothing to hide. I am the proud owner of Maxspeed-Motorsports.

This car is not a bargain or the deal of your life, it is fairly priced, if you’re looking for a good BMW M5 with no problems and ready to be driven please consider this M5, if you’re looking for a cheap M5 there sure is but be prepared to dump thousands in repair as many will sell when there’s too much repairs needed..
