Description

This is the cleanest 2007 BMW 550i that you can find. Black on black. Former CPO car. 4.8L V8 with 367hp with manual transmission and rwd. I am a 3rd owner, car enthusiast and I pampered this car. Never accident, clean carfax (pics attached). Never smoked, no pets. Bought the car 2.5 years ago with 95k miles on it and full 5 year warranty (transferrable with 2.5 years left).
When I brought it home, the clutch had to be replaced which was not covered by the warranty (cost me $500). However, at 100k miles, warranty covered a complete engine overhaul because all BMW v8 start leaking at or near 100K miles ($7k): all gaskets (including alternator gasket, engine block gasket, head gasket) were replaced. Front active suspension replaced. A lot of other parts were replaced too. Have all receipts on hand. When I took the car to Erhard BMW in West Bloomfield, MI for an oil change, mechanics were amazed that there was not a single oil leak in the engine bay. I stand by this by offering the following to any serious buyer who leaves a deposit with me: I will take the car to any mechanic of your choice to inspect it before you buy it.
Additionally:
New pads and rotors installed a few months ago.
New all season tires installed earlier this year (staggered).
Last oil change 2000 miles ago, full synthetic from BMW.
The car is loaded:

  • Keyless engine start - comfort access (key in the pocket).
  • Bluetooth phone connection.
  • Heated & electronically adjustable steering wheel.
  • Leather all around.
  • Heated seats.
  • Proximity parking radar front and rear.
I also installed dash cam which looks out the front and the rear of the car located by the rear view mirror (see pic. - comes with the car. Radar detector hardwired so it turns on when the car starts, but I will keep the detector itself, you can plug yours right in.
The car start like a clock and runs with zero mechanical or other issues. A couple of minor issues: 1 tire pressure monitoring sensor needs to be replaced ($50 at discount tire), front left fog light bulb needs to be replaced ($10 on ebay), and the last thing is the adaptive headlight control unit needs to be replaced ($50 on ebay, needs 2). That is it. Everything else is in 100% perfect condition. Interior is 9.5 out of 10, exterior is 9 out of 10.
This car needs another loving driver to enjoy it because I need to get a truck for work so unfortunately she has to go.
