I bought this car back in 2011 and used it as show-car/weekend car. I've put on about 2000 miles since I've owned. It's been mainly driving on the Pacific Coast Highway in California, Usually from Newport Beach to Laguna Beach.Runs and drives so smooth that you won't believe you're driving a 44-year-old car, especially with the passenger& driverspring seats in the front.The back seats are soft and enjoyable to sit it, it makes you want to be chauffeured around with it. It also has the arm rest in the middle with ashtrays on the doors.This car has been nothing but a pure joy. As you can see in the pictures this car is in great condition and it's probably the only one exist in the United States. Paint is in great condition without any major dents or scratches. The interior is in mint condition. The dash and seats are in perfect condition without any tears or discoloration. Mechanically is in great shape, starts right up and drives as it should. If you want it to go fast "it can" I've taken it up to 100 mph without problems. This car is definitely The Ultimate Driving Machine.Believe it or not, it's an original push-to-start with a kill switch I've added to prevent theft purposes. It has the original factory Webasto sunroof, I've had the leather reupholstered because the leather started to crack. When you open it up it feels like you're driving a 4 door convertible car. This car has all original parts, even the front lights are the factory hella. I have all the factory books and service history including the import documents and so many other receipts, I can scan them and email it to interested buyers. Radio and the hot and cold fan work very well.The horn needs to be re-wired and the cigarette lighter & interior clock doesn'twork. I haven'tbothered repairing it because it's part of the cars characterin my opinion.
The best part of owning this car is that parking has become a lot easier and when you are at the gas put you can park on either side because the tank is located in the back.
