Description

Garaged in winters while the original owner (my grandfather) was in Florida other than the occasional run around the block to keep things moving/charged. The winter of 2014-15 was the first time it had been driven in snow as a daily driver. I inherited this car from my grandfather and so even though the CarFax states two owners it has been in my family since new. I just had the intake gasket. front brakes and driver's side hub replaced for around $2. 00 and I replaced the window clips in the driver's door (a common issue with these cars). The car drives very well and is really comfortable. I took it on an 1. 00 mile roadtrip last fall and it was fantastic. I used it occasionally since then and it always starts right up and is totally predictable. I'd like to keep it but its costing me money on insurance. I have a small car for myself and my wife has an 8 seater (I have six kids) so this is too big for me and too small for my wife. This car has automatic climate control. power seat bottoms (manual recline). heated front seats. CD player. rear wiper and defrost. memory seats and side mirrors that are also heated. heads up display (speed projected on windshield). cruise. steering wheel controls for audio and more I'm probably forgettingReserve is set at $6. 00 to give buy it now people a chance. Car is sold AS-IS. the shop that fixed the gasket and brakes said there was only one code in the computer and it was related to the gasket. I had them fix everything they suggested. The windows. seats. radio. A/C and every other button I can think of works. I encourage you to come look at it and/or arrange for an inspection. I am willing to drop it off within a 10 mile range so let me know. On Apr-04-15 at 10:11:49 PDT. seller added the following information:I found the window sticker and thought I'd add/clarify some things. Yes they are. and there are some oil change receipts that corroborate it - along with autocheck. carfax and the title. How's the undercarriage? It has minor surface rust on unpainted steel (expected) and everything else is clean. How many keyfobs do you have? There are 2 and two keys also. How much is it to ship? I used movecars. com to ship a car from Florida to Indiana for $700 if that helps. Is this car really as nice as it looks? The body is in great shape aside from some very minor scrapes on the tan plastic trim. The leather doesn't look brand new but is in fine shape structurally (no deep creases. rips. cracks) but does have micro cracks (normal GM leather wear). Are you a schmuck? I am not. (just kidding. but some people seem to expect that I might be. It's good to check stuff out when buying on the internet. so I understand why people ask some odd questions-feel free to do so)Also. when I had the gasket repaired I forgot to mention they also replaced the spark plugs. plug wires. and coolant hoses. The "front brakes" consisted of pads & rotors.
