'10 Cadillac: Escalade PREMIUM Sport Utility w/ Low Miles! Very Clean!

SELLING MY VERY NICE 2010 CADILLAC ESCALADE PREMIUM WITH ONLY 51K MILES. THE TRUCK IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND HAS BEEN VERY WELL MAINTAINED. MAINTENANCE WAS DONE TO ALL FACTORY SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS AND EVERY ASPECT OF THE VEHICLE WAS VERY WELL CARED FOR. IT COMES FULLY LOADED WITH EVERY OPTION OFFERED BY CADILLAC INCLUDING AUTOMATIC RUNNING BOARDS, HEATED AND COOLED FRONT SEATS, ND HEATED CAPTAIN CHAIRS THAT FOLD WITH THE PUSH OF A BUTTON. THIS ESCALADE HAS NEVER BEEN SMOKED IN. FEW MINOR DEFECTS SUCH AS A MINOR HAIRLINE CRACK ON THE LEFT SIDE TOP CORNER OF DASH BOARD. THIS WAS CAUSED BY THE INTENSE HEAT. CAN BE REPAIRED IF WOULD LIKE BUT, ERY SMALL AND MINOR DEFECT. THERE ARE MAYBE TWO OR THREE MINISCULE DOOR "DINGS" THAT CAN BARELY BE SEEN WITH A NAKED EYE (THIS IS NORMAL FOR THE AGE OF THE CAR). This truck has been maintained in near flawless condition. It has had its oil replaced with fully synthetic oil on a regularly scheduled maintenance check/tuneup. Three of the four tires have roughly 80% life remaining, nd the fourth tire was replaced in June of 2015. Title is currently held by a bank, ut this will not inhibit the transferability of title upon sale.
