Description

Up for grabs is my 1981 Pro Touring style Camaro. I bought this car to turn into a mean pro touring car but ran out of money to finish. Starts. idles. runs. goes and stops great. 20" Rennen wheels with low pro tires. Completely rebuilt Turbo 350 transmission by Broadway Transmission in York. PA less than 100 miles ago. Brand new B&M Quicksilver ratchet shifter and cable- shifts perfect. Fresh oil change and tune on 350 engine with plugs and wires. Supposedly has a mild cam. idles like it does. This is a fast car. Will bust tires loose off the line and chirp from 1st to 2nd. has plenty of low end passing power and still cruises at highway speed with ease. Flow master exhaust. sounds great. Fiberglass hood with 4" cowl connected to stock hinges/hardware. Needs minor bodywork. paint and interior freshened up. Headlights. tail lights. brake lights and turn signals all work. There is an extra dash insert and set of gauges that both came with the car. One set of gauges reads 97k miles. the other reads 46k miles. The actual title reads "exempt" for mileage. Has aftermarket temperature gauge that works properly. I have a couple extras- rear bumper. extra dash (just needs to be hooked up) and excellent condition interior "sails" that go around the rear window (the current ones are cracked). Only other thing it needs is a trunk lock cylinder. remainder of dash/gauges hooked up and minor exhaust work- the tailpipes are not 100% secure so they hang low and rattle when driving. Clean title in hand. Considering that the wheels/tires were $2500 new. that I just paid over $1000 to have the transmission professionally rebuilt. paid $500 for the new cowl hood and $350 for the new shifter- I think this car is being offered at a great price. Get it while it lasts. Car is for sales locally so I reserve the right to cancel auction at any time. Deposits required within 24 hrs. payment due in three days.
