Description

Decided to sell one of my toys i have in the Phoenix area. A few years ago i thought that keeping my growing up cars in Az was good idea over the frozen. salted tundra of Iowa. Didnt turn out that dry heat was a easy matter either. When it sits 99%+ of time their you have battery. cracking windshields. drying out seals and etc issues that come up. Plus anywhere they are. you have the ever present questions from wife we have these taking up space for why? So as I head north. i'm putting up my Nova for sale and hope someone else can enjoy the difference of yesteryear noise(according to my wife) and gas carbs(wife says cold blooded even in AZ) vs fuel injected what evers. Since getting it there i made it AZ driveable which means cold AC. That took condenser. hoses. wiring(blower). new radiator. and while the mechanic was making that happen he put in new counsel gauges. steering wheel. radio. speakers. recovered rear seat. brakes. and a few thousand of other things i cant remember. He didnt fix the dime sized hole in vinyl(in pic). the bubbling in paint on front hood(pic shows with dime) crack in front dash and the windshield with crack from heat i guess. I just put new carb(mechanic advised versus rebuilding a big old whatever) as seals dried out i guess. I've been driving it as you can see from junk on front floor i should have cleaned up before the pics i took and as you can see. (didnt realize it when took pics). THe pics i think tell the story of condition. THe headers add the need sound and it just needs a new zip code. Thanks for considering and bid often. If you dont intend to buy DON'T bid!!!! I will allow zero feedback bidders but please email to tell me whats the situation and you are for real. UPDATE!!!!!-- my new friend from Sun City just checked out the car in alittle more detail as he not only drove them as i did when we were younger but he seems to know about the car details of that age versus me as just a driver and dreaming of good old days. SO based on his wanting to buy cheap(LOL) he tells me the cat actually has a 12 bolt rear end. Has original. matching number engine. has chevelle seats ( which i knew and evident in pictures). has had some quarter panels replaced at some time (which i had assumed). has some rust on hood ( thats what i referred to above and in the pictures) . AC not cold ---which i will have fixed as it wasnt when i left and the new AC I put in originally cost me over 6 grand with everything involved. Said engine popped off which it better as ive only been gone 30 days and havent even gotten the bill of probably $700 for new carb. THanks for the bids to date but we need to keep the bidding early and often. I know it is meaning less. and you can cry or laugh but i paid 16 so help me out alittle here (remember what i added) As i said i understand hobbies cost money and old memories are fun. PS i have horses so dont talk to me about cash flow. I will be back to AZ in couple weeks to get it on transport and to do final check out. I also know of friend with transport regularily back to midwest --i believe anywhere for that matter but brings cars to NE Iowa regularily. I think ebay sellers can not accept bids from zero feedback bidders(as people goofing off on ebay will have no feedback) but i WILL accept bids from ALL. I Just ask you be a real bidder. intending to buy. I dont want to go thru the process of someone bidding million to find out reserve. which obviously screws up my sale and i have to do auction over. pay ebay fees and try to prove/convince the world what happen in last auction. thanks On Apr-19-15 at 17:50:18 PDT. seller added the following information:opps: i stand corrected. seats are 68 or 69 nova--not chevelle.
