1948 Chevrolet Fleetline, uns and drives great. Very little rust in the trunk area. Inline 6 with 3 on the tree manual transmission. The car has been converted to 12 volt with a new alternator,battery and updated wiring. The gas tank is new as well. The paint is fair and isdefinitelyusable as is. Theinteriorhas various blankets over the seat and is also usable as is. The pinstripe flames caneasilybe removed if you do not care for them. The Fleetline has an aftermarket tach andgauges. Please feel free to ask question, willanswerthem to the best of my ability. Clear title in hand.

Terms of Sale

The following terms of sale apply to all of my online sales.

Payment Methods

Cash (in person), ertified check, ank transfers. All funds must be in US dollars only. I will also accept PayPal however buyer must pay all fees. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid.

Deposit

Buyer must contact me within 24 hours of accepted offer, nd make arrangements for payment at that time. A $1000.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of listing’s end to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due

The remainder is due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days. If no contact is made within 24 hours I reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell it otherwise. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, ull payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.

Buyer's Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. I have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. I welcome and recommend a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, lease make sure you inspect the vehicle at least 48 hours prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges,fees and transportation to and from the inspection point.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the vehicle description, his vehicle is being sold "as is" "where is". No representations or warranties are made by seller, or are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

Notice to Bidders

I reserve the right to cancel all bids and end the auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale.

Placing a Bid/Offer

Your bid/offer constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you’re no seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. Please see eBay’s “User Agreement”

Bid Retractions

Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized within 24 hours of auctions end. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Please see eBay’s “Retracting a Bid”

Successful Bidder

The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact me within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements.

Non-Paying Bid

If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, e reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer.
