ABOUT THIS CAR...1978 Chevrolet Corvette 4speed 75,000 original miles(i just replaced the original clutch 300 miles ago.... Comes w/ AN ADDITIONAL new 1978 CORVETTE L82 400hp engine.THE MOTOR HAS NEVER BEEN STARTED.WHY DO I HAVE TWO MOTORS FOR THE CAR? ANSWER: I HAD TWO CARS BOTH 78 L82'S... I PURCHASED THE CAR SENT IT OUT FOR RESTORATION AND REBUILT THE MOTOR... THEN HEARD BACK FROM THE BODY SHOP THAT THERE WAS FRAME DAMAGE SO I SCRAPPED THE CAR.. KEPT THE MOTOR AND PURCHASED THIS CAR....ALSO COMES WITH A NEW REAR END THAT HAS BEEN GONE THRU AS WELL(ITS FROM THE SAME CAR). THE CAR HAS BEEN ON DISPLAY AT MY DETAIL SHOP FOR YEARS AND THE CUSTOMERS IN THEY LOVE IT. HAVE HAD 100S OF OFFERS BUT I DONT WANT TO SELL IT TO ANYONE LOCAL BECAUSE I DONT WANT TO SEE THEM DRIVING AROUND IN IT!!!!!! My daily driver is a Jaguar XFR but if i park these cars next to each other the corvette wins visibily ever time... Its a great looking car.
I've got alot of money in the car... stopped counting after 25k...look at the pictures and ask questions. I had the dash wrapped in black leather and stitched in red... look very nice. see pictures on the page itself.
