This is a Canadian car originally delivered at Golden Mile Motors in Toronto however has spent the majority of it's life in Western Canada where the winters are mild and salt is not used on the roads. We purchased this car from a collector who has owned it since 1986. The car comes with all kinds of documentation and service records including the original bill of sale, he original owners manual as well as the GM Historical build sheet. The car was taken out of long term storage in May 2015 and the interior was refurbished. At that time the odometer was not working and it, long with all the gauges were repaired and refurbished. The odometer is currently showing 27101 miles however the exact mileage is unknown. We do know that in December 2000, he car had a documented 15635 miles as it was was titled in Kansas for a 2 year period while this same Canadian owner resided there for work reasons. It was registered back in Canada in 2002.
Originally Targa Blue, he car was repainted a different shade of blue (lighter) by a previous owner. The paint is decent for a daily driver but the car deserves to be returned to it's original Targa blue. The chrome is in excellent condition, would say 9/10 except for the chrome under the front bumper which needs to be refinished. The undercarriage is solid, t appears to have been undercoated at some point and and there is no visible rust penetration anywhere on the frame. The interior is excellent as it was recently restored. Mechanically the car is in excellent condition. It runs very, ery strong and recently passed a Provincial (State) mechanical inspection. The tires are new, he brakes are new and everything works including the pop up headlights, he windshield wipers and even the factory clock !
I have an Ontario, anada ownership for the car as well as a State of Kansas title that is clear and has no writing on the rear. The car has not been registered in any other U.S State.
The car is located in Georgetown, ntario which is approximately 45 minutes west of Toronto. For U.S buyers, can transport the car to the Canada/U.S Border in Lewiston New York.
