Description

This car has sold 4 times on ebay, ranging between $3,000 and $4,700. Never has the high bidder came to look at this car, or even sent me a message. This is a seldom used, running, driving, registered, insured, reliable vehicle. It is the prettiest around, but will get you wherever you want to go. Car runs and drives great. It all all the bells and whistles you would expect from a 96 SS. A/C has no issues Has no check engine or warning lights. 3.73 Posi Rear SEO (Police) green silicone hoses SEO Rims Cross drilled/slotted rotors Now, onto the bad parts of the car. Battery is old, and will probably need to be replaced soon, but works fine for now. Exhaust leak causes ticking noise on cold days (goes away when warm) Driver seat is starting to show its age. Paint should be fixed Car history: I brought the car with fire damage to the drive fender and door. Engine, Trans, Cooling, Fuel, Brake, A/C, ABS, and SIR systems were entirely replaced and/or gone through. The list of new parts on this car is way too long. Nothing is charged, melted, or smelly. If not for the paint, you would never know there was a fire near this car. Original hood needed to be replaced after receiving some unrelated damage - it was replaced with a caprice hood, and now it has a hood ornament. If you are unfamiliar with the 96 SS, you should be aware of the fading odometer. It is a common problem with this year. This car is no different. Google "96 impala odometer fading" - its the first thing that come up. Car has about 130,000 on it. As of now I don't know the exact mileage. I drive this car about 4 times a year, it stays low.
