Chevrolet Cavalier 2000 (Light Blue) No Reserve

This vehicle had been sitting for almost 5 years it was my daughters car the radiator busted but never ran hot. Instead of fixing it she just let it set and bought another vehicle so I got it from her and put a new radiator, a coolant reservoir, thermostat, water pump, hoses, cooling fan, and new head lamps on it over $350 worth of parts. Only to find out because it had sat so long the engine has seized I am told this can be fixed but i dont have tools to see if i can get it to turn over. The car has I'm guessing 176000 miles as the odometer is digital it may be more maybe less. The interior needs cleaned up my son in law put parts and a spare tire in the seats got a little muddy this vehicle would be a good fixer up or parts car. I do have a clear title.
