2007 Chevrolet HHR LT, fixer upper or parts, runs and drives - NO RESERVE

This was my son's work vehicle. We took it off the road 3 weeks ago. The engine runs well. Known issues: transmission leaks. Hairline crack where the right seal goes. We repaired it with JB Weld but after a while it leaked again (running or sitting). We were adding 1-2 quarts of fluid a week to keep it on the road. The radio doesn't work and the radio and clock lights flash off and on. It needs front strut kits. The rear door is dented and the rear hatch bottom has rust (see pix). The front tires are at the wear bars - rears have plenty of tread. Seats and carpet are dirty / stained. The windshield has a 24" crack (passed PA inspection). It is overdue for an oil change. This is what I'm aware of but couldn't guarantee there isn't something else. Clear PA title in hand. The car has current PA inspection and it runs and drives.
