This 1973 Formula 455 Ram Air, urbo 400, C car, 7K original miles andPHS documentation along with a duplicate of the original sticker. This car still has the Goodyear Tires, nd spare, hat were purchased in 1988 when the car had only 22K miles on it.

They only made 3,130 Formula 455 Ram Air cars and as you can imagine there are not many left after almost 43 years. Some estimate thatthere are less than 100 of these cars left.

This bird was a running barn find that we drovehome 3 weeks ago. The only thingI've done to the car is put afresh set of spark plugs, ap & rotor, nd new headlamps. The carpet was bad so we removed it.You can see the floor boards, runk and overall the undercarriage is in good shape except for the rear quarters and rear valance. The front fenders need some work but I recently purchased two used Pontiac fenders to replace them with so all the metal is original Pontiac steel. I also purchased a second trunk lid with the factory spoiler that is also included in the sale, ut it was not originally equipped with this option. The car has a factory 8-track player, ach and clock. The tires,spare,factory jack,owners manuals and exhaust are also in good shape. The undercarriage appears to have been undercoated, ut still has some surface rust spots.

I only purchased this car to flip so I can eventually purchase a 1965 GTO in some project stage. I would consider a partial trade if you have a 65 GTO or Lemans that needs some work.

This car would be a great candidate for a restoration and investment project. Similar cars restored are selling for $40-$45K with higher mileage

I could only put 24 images on eBay so if you want to see more pics of the car click go to Hemming's and look up 1973 Firebird Formula http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/cars-for-sale/pontiac/formula/1796464.html . The dash does not have any cracks but the console and shifter trim platedoes and would need replaced. We took the carpet out of the car once we brought it home because the heater core had broke and leaked on to the carpet. You can see from the inside of the car that it did not rot the floors so they must have caught it early.
