Description

2003 Mustang (Premium Package) Convertible

I bought this 03 Mustang Convertible only last month, nd it's been an awesome car that I already regret having to sell, ut for health reasons, y doctor doesn't want me driving any 5-speed car as I have an abdominal aneurism that a clutch 'strains' if you can believe my luck.

While I could have bought other 1999-04 V6 convertibles for as low as in the upper three's—you can't get this level of quality for less than what I paid. I stepped up for this one as it looks to be (and is) still in the wrapper as they say. The photos do it justice honestly, nd I can personally attest that it is in the wrapper and drives and performs incredibly...it's already been in three car shows.

I've befriended the prior owner and he gave me the complete story on it's history under his ownership along with what has been done...I even met and have already used the car's long-time mechanic (there was a small exhaust manifold leak I had fixed, long with a new 3rd brake light installed)

What makes this 03 so unique is its 'tightness', t literally drives just like a new car. The reason isn't surprising; the prior owner redid just about everything imaginable in the prior year only to buy a new Porsche on a whim, o he sold this pristine car to my friend, rom whom I purchased it. It has a spanking new 3.8 with premium components (see photo) and develops an honest 275 pound feet of torque and right at 200 HP (It will chirp the wheels through 3rd gear!) It has a new Tremac T-5 (short-throw) gear box/transmission and a new clutch as well. Also new are brakes, ires, op motor, ower-steering system, tc. It also features Corbeau racing seats that are matched to the rear seat fabric.

I've added to the updating myself. I installed a new Alpine receiver with full connectivity, Viper alarm system, ey-less entry, ord Motorsport racing pedals along with their excellent leather and brushed aluminum shifter, lus a new Raxium LED 3rd brake light. This little sleeper is honestly quick for a V6, ctually convincing passengers its a 5.0, ut with its Flowmaster exhaust its not really surprising...It moves like one and sounds very mellow at full-throttle.

I have the paperwork to show I paid just over $5,000 for her. I've added another $700+ in new updates and the labor to install them. I therefore have placed a $5,000 reserve on this car...how much more honest and open can I be? Cars of this caliber are often seen on the car lots at between $5,995-6,995. so check that out yourself on Auto Trader, ar Guru, tc. and you'll see why this one is such a bargain. BTW, he clock shows 116k+ miles which equates to a low-mileage 12 year old. Please contact me with any questions or face-time me for a virtual walkaround any time.
