High-mileage beauty that still LOVES to drive. Quiet, owerful V6, olid, great handling, ery smooth, nd very clean inside and out. 5-speed manual transmission still shifts like new. Original owner, ngine has 240K miles, op half of engine was rebuilt around 200K. Well maintained with many new/newer parts, ncluding suspension and rear brakes. Passed inspection in June but has some aging issues, ncluding: oil leak in 1 cylinder; front brake calipers should be replaced/rebuilt; heater core may need to be replaced (poor heat in extreme cold weather); cruise control not working; some rust (e.g., uffler); other minor things. Frame is solid, ody and interior are in great shape. Still a great car to drive. Great for a VW lover/do-it-yourselfer who has some experience with these great machines.
