1996 Dodge Dakota Pickup Truck 4x4 (4wd) SLT Club Cab 5.2 liter V8 Automatic with 227,000 miles on it. The body and frame are in good shape, nd it hasn't needed anything for inspection the past few years. The 4-wheel drive works, s do the power windows, oor locks, tc. HOWEVER, t isn't currently inspected. The reason is that I lost oil pressure and was compelled to continue driving anyway, o it's got some engine issues, ill either need a new/used engine replacement or repair of the current engine. It starts and runs and sounds ok, ut I'm pretty sure a bearing is gone. I was looking to get a new motor for it, ut I had an opportunity on an other vehicle so I didn't. I looked it up on KBB, nd for private party in fair condition the price was $2,858. Naturally due to the fact that the engine will need to be replaced or repaired at some point I'm not looking to get that much for it. Asking $2,000 or best offer.
