2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport Mini Passenger Van 4-Door 3.3L w/tow hitch

Good for parts, r a cheap 'fix-r-up-r'
NEEDS WORK When a belt (or something related) started making horrible noises yesterday (3-23-16), t was the last straw, nd I bought another van.
This 2001 Grand Caravan Sport needs, t a minimum, new belt of some kind.
There are (2) warning lights on my dash: The engine light(I know what that one is (unless there's a bonus)), nd the battery light (started yesterday)
Otherwise, his car has been well maintained. I bought it used in about (+/-) 2007 to replace a stolen 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan Sport.
The body has a ding or two, ut no obvious damage. The paint could be in better shape, ut what do you want in a 15 y.o. car?
The A/C "sorta" works, ut the front blower motor does not. I have been told what needs to be done to rewire it, ust never did. (This is Florida, lease make sure you know that the A/C on this car is not adequate as it. Should be easy to fix if you can do wiring/soldering/insulating. The rear blower does blow cold air, ut it is not enough to keep the whole cab cool.)

The headliner is falling, eld up by pins in places
The carpet has some stains. (whoever owned this before me surely had kids)
One rear seatbelt bracket is not attached (see pics)
The seats, specially the rear (4) are all in pretty good shape (good for parts?), ut the carpet is not. Please see pics.
The tires are in good shape. Just rotated, nd they should go another 30k+ easy.
The brakes are in good shape, ut it has been recommended that a rear caliper be replaced.
This van has a tow hitch!
