This vehicle was operational at the time of seizure and has been started a few times throughout the past year. This vehicle is in poor/fair condition. As of September 16, 2016,the vehicle batterywas charged for a few hours and was able to crank but never fully start before loosing charge. Additional pictures were added of the engine area and trunk.
