The hinge is custom and didn't require any drilling or welding so can be restored by just putting the original OEM hinges back in a couple of hours.
The rims are actually OEM and are just painted yellow, so if you wanted to return them to stock all you have to do is bring them to a rim shop and they can remove the paint with paint remover plus polish them up.
