1978 Fiat 124 Spider 1800

Condiion: Excellent driver. Great response and handling. Virtually flawless paint completed this year. New Robbins cloth top installed two weeks ago. Good honest Fiat 124.
Features: New AM/FM/CD/MP3 player. I did not drill a hole in the car body for the antenna, o the radio only picks up local stations. But I enjoy listening to MP3 podcasts and music I load on CD's. Ignition has been converted to Electronic instead of the original points. I also installed a "Short Shifter" to decrease the long travel between the gears. These are the only modifications to the original Fiat 124.
History: I purchased the car from a machinist in Cadiz KY last October. He had spent about 10 years refurbishing the car using two other Fiat 124 donor cars. However he was able to use the original car body, ngine and transmission. I drive the car to local car shows in a 40 mile radius and have had no service problems.

This car came to me with an unusual amount of documentation. I have receipts, including my own) going back through two other previous owners. Work on the body, aint, ngine, arburetors, gnition, oses, rakes, op, nterior, ransmission and shifter are documented. There is ample evidence that this has been a very well looked after car. It has not been restored to show car which one is afraid to drive for fear of damage. But it has been taken care of and refurbished so that it provides all of the operational pleasure of a new Fiat Spyder. It also warrants attention from those you meet who enjoy classic and sporty automobiles. It is a great driver and a pleasure to take to cruise-ins and car club gatherings. Thank you for your interest.
