• GB Cars Inc may cancel any and all bids at our discretion or end the auction early if necessary due to a prior sale or any other reason.

• Please be sure you want to and are able to complete the purchase BEFORE bidding. Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid" policy. If you place a bid before the last 12-hour period of the auction you may retract that bid before that last 12-hour period but only for exceptional circumstances. • We do not offer “buy here pay here” financing. Please have any financing in place PRIOR to bidding. We will work with most banks. Secured funds are required for payment other than the $100.00 PayPal deposit. PayPal and credit cards are not accepted for the vehicle payment.

• GB Cars Inc has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction but there is no substitution for a personal view and test drive. We want you to be happy with your new vehicle so you are welcome to inspect and drive this vehicle but please make sure you do so PRIOR to bidding. Inspection fees if any are Buyers responsibility.

• This vehicle is being sold "as is" except as listed below. Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. An ASC Deluxe Powertrain warranty for 90 days/3k miles (extendable at customer expense)is provided with this vehicle at time of sale. No representations or warranties are made by seller, or are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making bids.

• Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, ounty/city taxes and fees, s well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Vehicles that are driven off the lot and onto Florida roads must have sales tax collected at your local sales tax rate prior to removal. All sales taxes and other fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be released, itled and registered. We do not charge any “Dealer Fees” but there is a $125.00 courier fee for completing any DMV required paperwork and costs incurred with paperwork transmittal between GB Cars Inc, he DMV and the buyer

• Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, here are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. If payment is made by cashier's or personal checks we will hold all titles for 10 days or until funds have cleared.

• All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. GB Cars Incwill assist with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage or shipping delays by the carrier.

• The successful high bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours of the auction end. A non refundable deposit of $100.00 is due by PayPal with 24 hours of the auction close. Balance of fundsare due within 7 days with vehicle collection due within 14 days.

• We are a licensed Florida Automobile Dealer and will abide by any current rules and regulations in place at time of sale. Please email prior to the end of the sale if you have any questions regarding this vehicle or the auction terms.
