1969 Ford F100 short box 2wd

1969 Ford F100 Ranger 2 wd. This is the most solid clean straight original appearing 67-72 F100 i've seen in a long time ! I am almost unable to find any rust or rot anywhereandrust repairs. The only rust I can find is on the passenger side very bottom cab corner underneath the truck near the driveshaft where you cant see it walking around the truck.The complete rest of the truckis rock solid Any wear through spots you see (patina) is real not faked !Some of the tailgate trim is missing. The original rubber floor mat is missin, previous owner put down sound deadener and a floor mat over the top.This truck was in the south till a few years ago when it came to Iowa with a moving family. Even then it was a toy, ummer type vehicle not driven in the winter.Factory 360 V8 with a bigger cam, luminum intake and Holley 4bbl, eaders and dual exhaust. Near new Tremec 5 speed and 4:30 posi Ford9 inch rear end.It has aftermarket air,not currently hooked up but the unit is underneath the dash just needs a compressor on the motor and evaporator. Gas tank has beenreplacedwith a different onebetween the rear frame rails at the rear to et rid of odor in the cab. The truck runs and drives very very well. The power steering has a small leak that I haven't had time to fix but it operates fine as is and I drive it quit regularly. Aftermarket Torque Thrust style wheels with realvery good tires.I have owned and driven the truck quit a lot other than over winter for atleast a year. I took the truck for a 40 mile drive today at totally forgot to mention the speedometer does not work. It's either the sppedo in the dash or the cable as the trans is not very old at all.
