1960 FORD THUNDERBIRD COUPE

1960 FORD THUNDERBIRD HARDTOP COUPE. 82,041 Original Miles. Restored in 1985. Body & Paint still in perfect condition. Most of the Original Chrome in great original condition - some pieces were re-chromed as needed. Car has always been garaged during my last 30 years of ownership. Original Interior in good condition. Seats were replaced by nice ones from a 1959 T-Bird that I once owned a few years ago (original seats were reupholstered non authentic by a past owner). Radio still works! Clock was Quartz Converted and works! Power Windows were transplanted from a parts car. A brand new Windshield was installed at the time of the Restoration. I have a running Lincoln 400 CID Engine with Working Automatic Overdrive Transmission that came out of a running 1977 Mark V - just needs to be installed in Car (original engine threw a Rod a couple of years ago). Also needs a new Power Brake Booster Unit (good time to up-grade to a duel Master Cylinder and maybe front Disk Brakes if desired - that was my plan). Needs new Tires as I wore out the last set - you can pick out the kind you prefer! Driver's Window needs replacing as someone bumped into it recently and it has a crack in it now. Started to add Air Conditioning but not complete. Otherwise, he Car is ready to go! I just retired and downsizing my Collection. No time to finish the Engine / Transmission Project. Would have asked $15,000 if Car was running - yours for $9,000! or $8,500 less the 400 CID Engine/Transmission if you would rather put in an Engine/Transmission of your choice!
