Description

I am selling my 1996 Ford Mustang Mystic Cobra, ne of only 2000 produced in 1996 only with Mystic color changing factory paint. This is vehicle #470/2000 made. This vehicle was appraised on 4/13/15 with an appraised value of $18,000. I have documentation if needed. I also have about 90% of all original paperwork with the car since new, ncluding window sticker, VT certificate stating it is #470 and built on 2/21/96, opies of the certificate of origin for the vehicle(rare to have), apers showing original invoice prices original buyer had, elivery forms, ecent car fax(never in an accident), ost original service records for the car. Car was originally bought in Colorado, rom what I understand, as barely driven, ave service records, il changes, ilter changes, uel filter changes, ngine flushes, tc. I was told though can't confirm the original owner had it in a museum for some time as well. When it was sold, t went to a neighbor of the owner, hom I contacted once and she said she just kept it in the garage under a car cover mainly. From her it went to a buyer I believe in Montana who owned it a short time, hen to a private dealer in Texas, hen to me in Arizona. I fell in love with this car when i recently bought it. I had been looking and wanting one for a long time and this is all original. The only thing not original that i know of is the battery, nd when I bought it, put on brand new tires just in case they were dry rotted at all. The original owner had installed a clear bra on the front end which is still in perfect shape, overing the front bumper and lower part of the hood, o if you see the line in the hood, ts the clear bra. I do have the front license plate holder that i removed to cover the 4 holes in the bumper as well. I did install a Sirius Satellite Radio in it to make it modern, ut that will not be coming with the car. When I installed it, did not cut any wires at all, t uses the cigarette lighter for power, nd the antenna goes through the original antenna in the back of the radio with no cut wires. The original owner also installed a factory ford 400/400K Vehicle Security System in it on top of the factory alarm, eeping all original key fobs working and receipt for work done in 1996. I've tried to include a lot of pictures to see the car. When I bought the car myself, took it to my local Ford dealer and they did a thorough inspection on it and the only thing they found was a small seal in the hydrobooster was starting to leak slowly due to age, hich I had repaired immediately, o that issue is gone. This car fires right up with no problem, rives like it would have new in 1996. I have noticed very few surface scratches in it probably just from wear from a 19 year old car, ut very few, here is a faint one on the hood which may be able to be buffed out, don't want to mess with doing anything to the paint. It is not a stand out scratch, ust want to make sure I mention it, s well as a small one on the top of the rear spoiler as seen in the pics. There is a small repair done at the dealer years ago on the trunk that you can see, aybe an inch long, gain not so noticeable but i want to mention any flaw I know about it. It just turned 34K original miles last week on me. There is some wear on the volume up and down buttons, adio with Mach 460 system sounds great. Interior is in great shape as you can see from the pics and body is great as well. This is basically a turn key car, eady to go, eeds nothing at all. It does sadden me to sell it, ince I wanted one for so long, ut I just ordered a new car and it makes more sense for us to use the money towards the down payment on the new one. I do have my order form and DORA on my new one to show as well that it's not just made up. I've tried to put up various pics of the color changing paint, t is mostly green in color in normal light, ut when you walk around it, t changes to purple, lue, lack and even a root beer color! You cannot get this paint unless you prove you own an original Mystic factory color car by using the VIN number. If you are looking for a future collectable, nd even a collectable today in the shape it's in, ook no further. Car has a clear Arizona title and I am located in North Phoenix. Car is sold AS-IS, O WARRANTY. I am flexible after work for any phone calls or questions about the car, nd any encouraged inspections. Because opinions of vintage cars vary, do encourage any inspections prior to bidding and car could be subject to sale before auction end. You bid is a COMMITMENT TO BUY, lease don't bid if you don't intent to purchase. A $500 non-refundable deposit and communication from the high bidder is due within 3 days of the auction's end. The deposit can be paid via Paypal or cash, nd I will eat any Paypal fees. The balance is due in full within 7 days of the auction's end, aid via cashier's check (must be verified), ire transfer, r cash in person. Because of its age and mileage, his vehicle is sold strictly as-is-as shown, ith no warranties expressed or implied. I will assist a buyer with shipping the car anywhere in the United States or Canada from zip code 85027 once you decide on a shipper yourself, ut will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. I assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our possession. I are not affiliated with any shipping carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, ot with the seller. Thank you for your interest in my vehicle. Good Luck & Happy Bidding!!
