Description

Get thumbs up everywhere you go: One of the finest Pinto Squires in the country. 61K survivor, oaded, ith automatic, oof rack, /C...the works. "Celebrity Car" from Hollywood CA, tarred in CBS 48 Hours Mystery show. Like new in most every way. Runs flawlessly. Dry CA car with no rust.

Owned by a Ford Pinto enthusiast (www.fordpinto.com) who is downsizing and very sad to see this gem go!

Interior is flawless and looks like new, ven the dash (usually they are dry and cracked). Exterior paint is shiny all around, nd woodgrain / trim were replaced and also look brand new and original.

Engine compartment is clean, ike new.

Replaced most of the normal wear and tear items...including new tires (white sidewalls), oses, attery, uel pump, n and on. This car looks and runs like it did 40 years ago...which means super-reliably (but not fast!). Maintainedwith the highest safety andreliability standards.

Even includes window sticker with original price and details ($3,700 new), wners manual, riginal brochures, uality car cover, nd even copies of articles about the Flying Ford Pinto (yes, here really was a flying Pinto).

I could go on, ut you get the picture. This is an extremely rare opportunity to own a car that gets more attention than any car you'll ever drive. It could easily be a couple of years old, iven how it looks and runs.

It's hard to find anything wrong with this car, ut let me list 3 items I know about:

1. Interior light bezel in front fell off and I can't find it (available for $10 from other Pinto fans).

2. Seatbelts in Pintos chip the paint a bit on the door sill. This one is no exception. This is an easy fix.

3. There is an ever so slight paint fading on the rear tailgate. I don't know if it was repainted there. But I owned the car for some time before I even noticed it.
