2001 Ford Ranger XLT Extended Cab Pickup 4-Door 4.0L 4x4

Hello and thanks for checking out my 2001 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0 v6 manual 5 speed, am selling. Primary reason for selling is because I am trying to buy a house. I bought the truck with a little over 50k on it in 2005 and drove it many highway miles to the 117,200k+ it has on it now. This truck is my pride and joy but it is time to move on. I am either second or third owner to the best of my knowledge. 4 wheel drive hi range and low ranger works perfect.
The tires are goodyear duratracs 33x12.5 on 15 inch american racing polished aluminum rims. I believe the lift is a 3" body lift; i am not sure what brand it was on truck when i purchased.
The fender flares and valance were professionally painted to match exterior truck paint.
The air conditioning is currently not blowing cold and the air seems to only blow out the top of dash and not through the face of the dash; i haven't tried to figure it out but my guess is its something simple. Also the door locks work on driver side but not on passenger side. The window motors are getting tired as well. The sound system does not sound good when turned up; it has an alpine head unit but the speakers sound shot. These are the only known problems the truck has.
