Description

2004 Ford Excursion Turbo Diesel 4x4 3rd row seat Loaded DVD TV 6.0
This is a 2004 Ford Excursion Diesel. It has a very powerful 6.0 Diesel engine and pulls great. It is a fully loaded truck. It has the ¾ ton chassis. This is a great family vehicle. This is a vehicle that we truly enjoy. This truck has always started, hroughout the winter. We have never plugged it in, ctually I have no idea if there even is a plug-in. It runs great. This has been our best truck ever for pulling trailers. The gas mileage does not seem to go down hardly at all when you are pulling a load. The kids love it as they can watch a movie while we listen to the radio. There are 12 volt receptacles throughout the back for iPods or whatever. The cargo capacity is one of the largest in the SUV category. The miles are really low considering it is a diesel.

Of course, here are a few bad things. First, here is a leak in the EGR Cooler. This has been confirmed by our mechanic. If I don't sell it, will get it fixed and keep it. If it sells, e will be getting another Excursion that is lifted. There is some rust starting on the insides of the doors. The front and rear bumper have rust starting. The rear plastic trim is flaring out. I tried to glue it in with 3M. It got better but did not work totally. The front seats have a few cracks in the leather but otherwise look good. The passenger side door and front panel had paint flaking off. I sanded and feathered in matching paint but my wife can tell you that this was not the top of my skill set. I think it looks good and for sure it looks better than it was. Just to add...I am a horrible salesman. :)
