Description

2005 Ford F250 Powerstroke Diesel. Perfect running truck ready to go to work. Tons of recent service. Front end of this truck gone through less than 100 miles ago. New parts include both axle bearings. new style axle housing seals on both sides. drivers side has new upper and lower ball joints and new U-joint. Ball joints replaced with high end greasable raybestos units. Didn't buy the cheap ones. The 6 liter diesel has all the work done to make it a very reliable motor. Egr is deleted. stand pipes and dummy plugs updated. STC fitting updated. coolant filter added. updated blue spring in fuel regulator. and oil cooler is only a year old. I flushed the coolant system about 10 times and installed 3 oil coolers in this truck since I've owned it. I guarantee the coolant system is finally spotless. Oil and coolant temps are always within a few degrees of each other and the last coolant filter I split open was still clean. I've used nothing but Caterpillar EC-1 coolant and distilled water. The FICM has been rebuilt. IPR valve replaced at the same time the last oil cooler was installed. I've replaced 2 bad injectors. Oil has been changed religiously every 4k. and both fuel filters have been changed every other oil change. I've used only premium filters and Rotella T6 Oil. Every tank of fuel gets fuel conditioner added. Exhaust system was new last summer. Its 4 inch with a straight through muffler. This motor will last forever as long as you don't put some dumbass tuner on it and expect it to do 800hp smoky burnouts all day long. This truck has never had a tuner on it. Everything that holds oil on this truck has been serviced less than 100 miles ago. Engine oil. Front and rear diff fluids. Transfer case. Manual transmission. Power steering flushed A cpl thousand miles ago with filter added. All serviced with high end synthetics. The tires Have less than 10k on them. They are Michelin MS2's. Definitely not a cheap tire. All the brakes have been inspected roughly 10k miles ago. A couple rotors were resurfaced and all caliper slides were serviced. All brake pads have lots of life left. Parking brakes recently inspected and adjusted. Exterior of truck is fair. The hood and top of cab has some minor hail damage. Paintless dent repair guy said it wouldn't be a problem to fix. Just haven't got around to it. The front grill is brand new as well as the back bumper. Truck used to have black bumpers and grille but they looked like crap so i put new ones on. Undercarriage has only minor surface rust. Fenderwells and frame rails have been painted black. Manual transmission shifts flawlessly and 4 wheel drive works perfect. Installed a new South Bend clutch around 150k. Old clutch was still good but input shaft seal leaked and it glazed the clutch. All lights work. Both batteries are only a month old. They are 1000 cranking amp batteries. Comes with a prodigy brake controller. 7 blade trailer wiring receptacle is new on the back. Gooseneck ball was installed last summer and receptacle installed in the truck bed. Truck only towed a gooseneck a couple times and it was an empty trailer. Interior is fair. Rubber floor mat looks good and seats are in good condition except for the drivers seat has the usual tear from getting in and out. Needs a new cover. Includes a molded plastic subwoofer box with 2 MTX 10" speakers behind the seat. They aren't hooked up though. Would need an amp. I'm sure there is a ton of things that I've forgot. but as you can tell. I've been very meticulous about the maintenance on this truck. I have driven this thing across the country a couple times and would not hesitate to jump in it tomorrow and do it again. Let me know if you have any questions. Email or call me at 406-208-2763. Do not ask me if I need help selling it.
