Description

2006 Ford Focus

I originally bought this sedan to drive to Kansas for work in 2013. It has been throughout much of the Midwestern states without ever having problems. I brought it back to Oregon in 2014 and have used it as a commuter car since then. It has always been reliable and has needed minimal work. It has had regular service done on schedule. I am asking 3,000 or best offer.
4 cylinder, 2.0 liter engine, clean and sounds great. Automatic drive: never any transmission problems.
City 22/Hwy 29/Combined 25 MPG. Holds 14 gallons. FWD.
Has a timing chain so does not need replaced ever.
Power windows; power locks: no remote entry; Almost 172,000 miles: still lots of life left.
Tires new in June 2015, have lifetime tire service from Discount Tire.
Clean title, some dents and chips in paint. I work retail and as a result, it sits in parking lots most of the time which has contributed to much of the cosmetic wear.
Oil change and checkup done by Sears Auto, June 30th. Just had brakes checked and tires rotated and aligned.
I had a JVC sound system installed in 2014. As you can see in pics, it does sit back in dash, but doesn't cause problems. The sound system has USB plug in for phone or ipod and runs pandora app. Also has cd player and FM/AM radio. There is a remote for the sound system.
As can be seen in pics, the back passenger seat belt was cut and needs replaced. I rarely have passengers, so I have not had it fixed. There are YouTube vidoes on how to replace it and I have seen the parts sold for $50 to $80.
The Passenger Airbag warning light is on. I have been told that it means the weight sensor is off. I haven't looked into fixing it.
Other than that, at the car check ups, the mechanics have not found issues. I even had Sears do a front end check and they found nothing wrong.
This car is reliable and gets you where you need to go. I am selling it because my husband needs a 5 speed car for work and there are parking issues where we live. I will be driving it until sold. Contact me if you have any questions or a serious interest in the vehicle. I am accepting reasonable offers. In person purchase only.
