Shipping and Pickup

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of the vehicle and all costs associated with the pickup or shipping of the vehicle. The vehicle location may vary.The exact address will be disclosed once the vehicle final payment is completed.

If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly assist with the process.We can quote the shipping but please be aware that shipping costs ARE NOT COVERED in the auction final sale price and should be paid PRIOR to the vehicle leaving the holding facility. For your convenience, shipping costs can be added to the vehicle invoice. We do not own a shipping company, shipping is done by 3rdparty shippers so we will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage!. All shipping arrangements are provided as a courtesy, we are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not withus. Shipper contact information will be provided once shipping quote has been approved and paid for. NO C.O.D. (Charge on Delivery).

Shipping time is usually 7 to 10 days depending on distance and route.

If you decide for a shipping company to pick up your car, please be aware that no vehicle will leave the facility without theactual release formtendered to the facility staff. Also make sure the shipper is licensed, insured and bonded. Usually you can check that asking them for their DOT number and the insurance.

Buyer has 6 days after auctions closes to pick up the vehicle. There is a $60 daily storage fee charged by the holding facility for any vehicle not picked up within 6 days of auction end. Storage fees must be paid in full to us previous vehicle pick up.

Although some vehicles may be in running conditions,NO VEHICLE MAY BE DRIVEN OFF THE HOLDING FACILITY. This due to Insurance terms regarding liabilities so NO EXCEPTIONS!.

Licensed inspections cost $300 and must be paid in advance. Usually they are done in 2 days. Inspections are done by 3rdparty inspectors and are final, meaning no money will be refunded once the service is contracted. We have no affiliation with inspectors.Sorry but no outside inspectors, mechanically inclined friends, know-it-all partners or psychic mediums allowed on the premises.

We are not responsible for any misinterpretation. Information regarding the vehicles is provided by the insurance companies and the holding facilities staff. please ask any doubt BEFORE bidding. 4-If for any reason there is any misrepresentation regarding vin (vehicle identification number) or title condition (salvage, rebuilt, clear) please contact us before leaving a negative feedback and we will assist you on solving the issue. please be aware once the gate release has been issued at the facility, and the vehicle has left the yard, NO REFUNDS will be accepted.

6-All paperworkMUST BE COMPLETELY DONEprior to vehicle release or shipping. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.

FLORIDA RESIDENTS READ:

If you are a Florida resident weMUSTcollect taxes and do all the registration paperwork at DMV. NO EXCEPTIONS,IT IS THE LAW. We DO NOT charge any dealers fee for preparing and submmitting the paperwork but there are DMV fees related to title transfer, tag and registration that usually go from $150 to $400 depending on you just transferring an existing tag or requiring a new tag. Consult your particular case with us before bidding. DMV fees will be added accordingly to the final invoice and supported by the DMV receipt shipped along with the title and final paperwork. Again, all fees and taxes must be paid in full prior to issue the vehicle release form.

7- As a licensed dealer we have 30 days to send you the title for a sold vehicle, usually it takes a week to 10 days for us to do it. Title will be send via certified mail.

8- Please we aware that although rarely occurs, sometimes status of the vehicles for sale change at the very last minute (i.e. court orders, insurance companies being sued by owner, law enforcement orders, holding facilities damaging vehicles due to mishandling, etc.), if that is the case we will notify you immediately and we will issue a full refund in less than 48 hours from the time full payment was received. We will not be responsible in any way for any inconvenient that this may cause to the buyer or any other party involved.

9-Car keys: Most of the times they are present otherwise stated, but we do NOT guarantee that they will be there by the time of pickup.
