Get your own valid XHTML YouTube embed codeI was a corporate chef for a long time and the food truck was the most economical way for me to branch out on my own. Things. have went very well and now I have a brick and mortar opportunity- and so I must part with this beauty! This has been and unbelievably tough decision for me to make because I love this thing! Myself. along with an engineer friend and a master fabricator. put so much work into making this the "mobile chef lab" that it is. It will be truly hard to watch her go. I know the search for a great food truck can be daunting and I've also seen and travelled to see a lot of food trucks last year. I was unsatisfied with the quality of what I saw out there. thin. quilted steel(used bc it's inexpensive). makeshift electrical(exposed conduit). exposed plumbing elements. lack of counter space. cheap vinyl whiteboard. poor layout. THE LIST GOES ON. I decided I could do better. and I could spend more money on materials (an ass ton of money) than others had which equals a better kitchen. So I reached out to my engineer buddy and a master fabricator who usually works on race cars. I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THIS IS THE NICEST AND MOST SEAMLESS FOOD TRUCK I HAVE EVER SEEN IN PERSON. and I've seen a lot:). Those guys really made my vision come to life and the result is a food truck that flows extremely well. There are just so many little details which have made this beauty stand apart from the rest. makes me sad to see her go!Some key differences you'll notice (watch the video) between this truck and others are:FULLY INSULATED WALLS AND CEILINGTHICK GAUGE STAINLESS STEEL WALLS AND CEILINGPROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED ELECTICAL WITH NO EXPOSED ANYTHING PROFESSIONAL.
