Description

selling our trusty van. owned it for 7 years, o complaints. we even lived in it for 6 months. the ONLY reason we are selling this now is because we now own a 5th wheel camper, nd vans can't haul 5th wheels. we have a truck to tow the camper, nd no longer need the van.
van is equipped with a 350 motor (5.7L) and automatic trans and power brakes/windows/locks/steering. intermittent wipers, ruise control, ilt wheel, tc etc etc. it is also equipped with an 8,000 lb rated hitch and 7 prong/4 prong trailer plug receptacle. It has undergone some living condition renovations which include: a standard sized twin bed, cabinet, nd electric plug access hole (i did live in it for 6 months, afterall! and it is quite comfortable). these changes are NOT anchored in, o it would be very easy to remove them if you did not want them, and I still have the 2 rear captain's chairs with quick-release base plates in storage, ut the fold-out rear bench seat/bed was damaged on it's removal and thrown away. It has no body rot, ust a little rust on the drip rails. gets around 16 MPG... and around 9.6 MPG while towing a 5,000lb trailer.
only bad things:
1. we haven't bothered to recharge the A/C in years, e just drive with the windows down, o i am unsure of the A/C's operating status.
2. the van shudders when the brakes are applied at around 50 MPH. we suspect warped rotors and are planning on replacing them ourselves within the next week or two unless someone buys the van before then (rotor price $90 each)
3. the van was in storage for almost 10 months, t still starts easily and runs quite well, ut may need a tuneup/oil change. again, e are planning on doing this ourselves within the next couple weeks unless the van is purchased before we get to it
note: van is also listed for sale locally. i reserve the right to pull this listing at any time if the van sells
