All maintenance recorded since my ownership began at 130k miles. Previous owner was garage kept as it still is now! Now the car has just a touch over 200k miles and drives like it has 30k. This car does NOT LEAK 1 drop of oil. Try finding another one that doesn't!
Here is a list of all upgrades + original parts:
I WILL UPDATE THIS LIST AS I REMEMBER MORE!

UPDATES: 6/5/2016

- New Brembo front rotors/OEM rear rotors - 8 months old

- All OEMtransmission axle seals replaced - 8 months old

- All OEM engine seals replaced (valve-cover gasket, am seals, istributor seal and o-ring, alancing shaft seal, il pump pulley and shaft seal, armonic balancer seal, rankshaft seal - clutchside, il pan resealed, il cooler adapter o-ring)

- New OEM water pump and o-ring seal

- New OEM starter

- New OEM clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder

- New radiator and hoses

- OEM spec valve adjustment

- New OEMdistributor cap and rotor + OEM spark plug wires

- OEM ignition coil

- EGR ports cleaned

- Steering rack assembly has new boots and L/R tie rod ends

- Ingalls adjustable ball joints for camber correction (factory Hondas do not allow for camber correction)

- New Wagner Thermoquiet Ceramic disc pads

- New OEM front and rear bumper cover

- New LED 3rd brake light. (hard to come by)

- Car has been painted the factory Nighthawk Black Pearl color within the previous year. Not one rock chip on the hood! Shaved emblem.
- JDM grill with prelude emblem. These cost over 200 dollars USED! The emblem alone costs 100 dollars itself and is brand new!
- New windshield - 6 months old
- Very straight body. Looks like it rolled off the showroom floor. All new door seals.
- The wheels are the factory "blades" that I have sent to California and had chrome plated. You will be hard pressed to find another one like it. Has locking lug nuts.
- New tires have been on the car for 2 weeks plus fresh balance and alignment. Goodyear Eagle Sport A/T. These tires have a factory 50k mile warranty. Plus free lifetime rotate and balance at any Walmart.
- Suspension is Tein Street Basis adjustable coilover paired with an Ingalls camber correction kit on all 4 corners to keep the factory spec.
- Clutch is Exedy stage 1 and is perfect for this car. This is paired with a Fidanza 8 lb flywheel. The stock flywheel weight is 22 lbs. This makes a world of difference. Check any prelude forum and this is the clutch/flywheel combo to have!
- All rubbers under the hood have been replaced. New radiator is 6 months old.
- Cold air intake + K&N Filter
- Running 10w-30 Mobil 1 full synthetic with Mobil 1 filter. Has by far been the best combination I've found for this car.
- Extremely RARE Vibrant 4-2-1 header. Has a 3 inch collector!!! Has been recently installed and is maybe 6 months old. When retailed you could only buy in a group buy and is discontinued. You won't find another prelude for sale with this header! ~$800
- Brand new Magnaflow Hi-Flow Catalytic Converter - that's right, his car retains its catalytic converter. 2 weeks old
- Full custom Cat-Back Exhaust finished with Magnaflow muffler and polished twin tips. This is a single outlet exhaust and is the only right way to do a prelude. The exhaust has a full 3 feet of CHAMBERED RESONATORS. This is the best type of resonator to install on any car. With this combination of header, at, nd exhaust there is absolutely no rasp.
- Brand new factory Honda headlights $300 a piece
- Brand new factory Honda tail lights $160 a piece
- Foglights -JDM Replica. Had them made with ALUMINUM housings instead of plastic.
- I bought JDM window visors from Japan and tried to restore them and decided I didn't like the look so I installed weather tech window visors and removed emblems. Really ties the car together.
- Interior is near mint.
- 3 brake light delete
- Fog light switch integrated into dash in the factory placement.
- Gauge bezels removed and painted metallic silver. Looks great, ight and day.
- The steering wheel is my pride and joy. I bought alcantara material from Poland and hand stitched this steering wheel. You won't find another one like it. After 6 hours of handywork I get compliments everywhere. This material is the same that is used in Ferraris, tc. Light gray stitching matches stitching in factory seats and newly painted gauge bezels.
- Factory radio retained with addition of Aux input for phone
- New pioneer speakers all the way around. Tweeters, idrange door speakers, ear deck speakers.
- Currently running a 10 inch subwoofer + amp. All internally wired. Unsure if this will go with car.
AGAIN, erious inquiries only. I do not have to sell the car but I have decided I want to look for a new vehicle.
Will not entertain ridiculous offers. Preludes are hard to come by ESPECIALLY in this condition.
More pictures are just an email away! Thanks for looking
