Description

For sale is a 2007 Honda Civic EX four door sedan, automatic in excellent shape.
Please, please, please do not click Buy it Now if you are not a serious buyer. Please read the *entire* description *thoroughly* before buying. Also, I highly recommend you look at this car in person before buying, as I would any car at all. If you are not able to, please ask questions about anything that is important to you before buying and be very reasonable in your expectations of this 9-year-old car.

I usually write an entire novel when I sell a car but luckily for you there's not too much to say about this very clean, super reliable vehicle. (Yes, this is me not having much to say) It's absolutely in tip top shape and ready to provide years of service to its next owner. Only selling because I've just paid it off with the bank and purchased something newer.
The car has done 139,800 original miles, which is low for the year and certainly low for a Honda.
Comes with the nice alloy wheels, which was one of only things I insisted upon when shopping for the car originally, as I find plastic wheel covers repulsive.
This car is extremely clean inside and out and well cared for. No rust on it, not even bubbles starting. Has the typical signs of a 9-year-old car inside and out but nothing more. Not a dent on it. I feel confident saying it's above average for its year in every way; and considering I just spent two weeks exhaustively looking at a plethora of newer used cars, I feel I'm a good judge. Probably the worst part of it is a couple big scratches on the glove box door (were there when I bought it). There's also a faint bad spot near the top of the front passenger's seat. The black spec on the passenger's seat in the photo is a housefly intent on ruining my photo...
Car starts, runs, drives, stops, and steers like a top. Rain or shine, hot or cold. Absolutely no issues of any kind. You can drive it right now anywhere you want to go. In fact, I just took it on about an 18 hour trip last month. No warning or check engine lights on the dash.
There is exactly *one* thing on the whole car that you can say doesn't work quite right. You know how if you "double click" the power window switch the window is supposed to go up by itself without you holding the switch? Well, that doesn't really work on the driver's side. It goes up most of the way automatically and then stops. So, you have to hold the button like in the old days to get it all the way up. First world problems, I know, but I had to mention it as the single, only flaw on the car, big or small.
The car has aclean, above average Autocheck report. No accidents, and I am the second owner. It also comes with all the service records since. Of course, with this being a Honda, ithasn't needed too much more than the oil changed.
One of the most common failures on cars these days is the fuel pump. This pump has been replaced with an OEM unit not long ago and only has around 35,000 miles on it. You'll probably sell the car, yourself, before it gives any trouble again.
All four tires are matching Goodyear Eagles. The front two are a year old with 10k miles on them. The rears have plenty of life left. None of them ever need air.
Brakes were done in the rear just this summer. The fronts have lots of meat on them.
Leaks no fluids.
Doesn't take on water in the rain.
When I bought this car, I looked at and test drove 8 of them if I recall correctly. I came back to this one because it was the best. That should hopefully say something.
Don't buy your car from a salesman at a dealership who may have never even laid eyes on the thing, let alone can tell you anything useful about its history or whether it's been reliable or not.
