Description

For Sale: 1995 Humvee. 4 door. 4x4. custom green metallic paint. Hood scoop. nbsp; snorkel. custom 37 in. tires with custom rims. it has citis (on board air deflate/inflate)which is not hooked up due to custom rims. They need an adapter. Light bar with 4 brand new hella lights. roof rack. mile marker winch. power windows and locks. nbsp; Brand new soft top included. I had professionals strip out the inside. apply sound proofing. then new carpets. new dash etc. . new upgraded air conditioner. new sound system with Kenwood marine deck with 2 amplifiers. Kenwood speakers. 1000W subwoofer. Incredible sound! It has a brand new alarm system with remote start and remote key fob alarm indicator. Due to the upgraded air conditioner I had to upgrade the dash etc. All are brand new from the newer style Humvee. When I bought the Humvee it was not in very good shape and I didn't fly out to look at it. This is why I now have over 80k invested in getting this beast into great shape. Winner will get all receipts for the work I have completed. I have to sell due to financial reasons. It has a new alternator. a battery tender. and two new xs power d3400 agm batteries ($800). I had the motor work done by one of the best diesel mechanics in the country. It needed injector work and some clean up regarding the fuel tank and lines. It starts and runs great. I have driven it to Seattle. (3 hour interstate drive) twice in the last month. It has no problem running 75 miles an hour down the interstate and handles unbelievably well considering it is a tank. It is in great shape. but not perfect. There are bubbles in the paint in the hood scoop and a few on the hood as pictured. There is also a spot where it was over buffed by the owners before me. The red lights on the front of the cab are not currently working. They were. and I have not looked at the reason. Likely a wiring issue. The top was leaking in down pours. I took it to a body shop and was told that the roof rack is likely keeping the top from sealing completely or that the seal needs replaced. There are no holes in the top. it is only along the seam where the top comes off in two pieces. I was going to check this when I took it off for the summer and put on the soft top. It only leaked when I drove in a serious down pour and not with normal rain. The top is in great shape. there is some water damage as pictured. It does smoke a little at start up but not when running. Far less than my brand new John Deere tractor. I was told this is normal for diesel trucks of this vintage. Please email me with any questions. Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
