Description

Reduced Price includes one set of rims/tires. Truck was completely rebuilt 40,000 Miles ago. MEANING A "BODY ON RESTORATION": INCLUDING ENGINE, TRANS, AXLES, BRAKES, ETC. It is fully armored with Steel Plate, Duramat and Kevlar, It has steel plate in place of BP glass in some places and can add more (See Below) The original BP glass was decommissioned due to delamination but could be put back in by several companies for about $12-15k. This was originally a diplomatic truck in 2006, it is large pistol level or better protection. There are no run flats included. We do not know who did the original protection work. The truck is very heavy and quiet due to all the protecting and deadening material. You can not just put bullet proof glass in a car or truck without spending 10's of thousands to upgrade the body to carry the extra weight, this H2 already has those body and chassis modifications.
Body Armor:Good news is the body, doors, floor and roof are all armored now. The back longer shaped windows in the storage area are reinforced with steel plate behind them, as is the rear of the back seat. We will consider based on the sale, managing the installation of BP Steel inside the passenger compartment (2nd row) inside of the stock glass for $600, and if paid for in addition, working on a fold up style for the driver passenger windows or an outside plate that actually rises. It makes more sense to reinforce the inside of the stock glass windows than to put in expensive BP glass, that once is damage by a round has to be replaced anyway. Stock glass is easier to replace, 10 times less expensive and u do not have to wait months for it to be produced.
Windshield:We are looking at options there but most windshields will stop a few initial rounds before failing. We do not plan to use this for aggression so we would be driving away from fire if it ever happened at all, and probably will not install a $6k Bullet Proof windshield. You could install some type of a Steel visor and some side and lower mods for the windshield area like a Road Warrior look..We do have a connection for BP glass if that is what you want, but its up to u to facilitate purchase and installation.
Drive Train:The trans. has been modified to a 3 spd. and it gets 14.6 mph on the hwy at 65 and about 12 at 80mph. It is on one ton axles, 4:88 gears, 6 piston Brembo brakes and Blisten shocks. It comes with ONE set of rims and tires, a stock set or a set of 20"s. BFG 315/70/17 tires on the Stock Chrome Rims is one choice.
Accessories/Tires:It has a blistering stereo on its own batteries in the back that was about 12k, wireless bluetooth, etc. It has marine band, police band radios and scanner in the dash and a very large custom center console that will fit a full size laptop. Gun racks are built into the roof, as well as special lighting. The truck is super quiet with none of the normal rattling H2's have. Again, You can not just put bullet proof glass in a car or truck without spending 10's of thousands to upgrade the body to carry the extra weight, this already has it.
