This particular car is a Running and drivingstructurally excellent matching-numbers 3.8 that was last Registered in 1996. It belonged to the same long termowner since the 80s up to 2013, He purchased the car in late1970s to early 1980sin California, nd drove the car until approximately 1996, hen he took it off the road in Texas. Since then, he car was shipped back to California were itsat indoors indry storageand is now ready to be put back on the road. I'm not sure if the car started its life in Californiabut with looking over the carsconditionI would safely say it was there for most if not all. (The car has NO Rust)
The car has an excellent body that is extremely solid, bove and below. The body panels are extremely straight and solid, ith great gaps and fit. The paintwork shows age and some superficial paint issues in places, ut is presentable for a driver with patina. The chrome is intact, traight, nd complete, ut shows some pitting and minor surface deterioration in places. The glass and lights are generally very good and the car is equipped with Lucas Fogranger fog lamps.
The interior is inalmost perfectcondition, ith reupholstered leather front and rearseats that are in excellent shape.The wood dash and door cards will need some care but are in good condition for there age. The headliner is in excellent shape, s are the switches and instruments.
The engine compartment is correct and unrestored in appearance. It is fairly clean and well-presented, ith no untoward treatments or modifications. The factory air cleaner is in place as is the glass windscreen washer fluid jar. Both the cylinder head and the engine block match the chassis. The trunk is unrestored and ingreat condition. The undercarriage is exceptionally solid and original, ith no rust.
