Description

This is an all original, ll matching numbers, er Jaguar Heritage, K150, rop head coupe, .8 liter with 42,320 original miles. This car is really, ll original, ith no body work, epairs, and no paint work. Original paint. No accidents. The top is in very good condition. It is easy to put up and down and fits perfectly. All original to the original tires. This XK150 DHC is the, pecial equipment model, nd has a 4 speed with over drive which works perfectly. It starts, uns and drives very well. It shifts perfectly. It drives without any vibrations or rattles. The brakes work correctly and are in excellent condition. All the lights inside and out work correctly. All the gauges work correctly. This is an amazing car! Who has a totally original, K150 DHC 3.8 with4speed and overdrive with the 9 to 1engine compression? The trunk cover in the boot is original with the body number written on the back. All clamps and screws are original and correct. It has been to a JCNA Concours events and it attracts a lot of attention. I purchased this car from the original ownerfamily. It has been very well cared for and garaged all its 55 year life. Remember, his is an original car, ot restored, r repaired and painted through the years. It is in its original Carmen red paint with black leather and black hood per the Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate - built January 21, 960.

Note: This is a 3.8 matching numbers engine, A 21522-9, ith no oil leaks and no transmission leaks. The 3.8 liter engine was a big option in last part of 1960 and 1961 on the XK150's. There were only 540 total, .8 optioned XK150 DHC built. Only 264 of those cars werebuilt with 4 speed and the optioned over drive. And, nly 60, K150 3.8 cars werebuilt with the higher 9 to 1 compression vrs. the 8 to 1 compression engine. All together there are not many like this one. And, his is a special equipment model. How many 1960 cars do you think are still really all original? Given the options and originality - it's pretty amazing.
