As seen in the pictures down below this nice looking 2011 Jaguar XJ with 53k miles has no major body damage. It is an insurance theft/stolen recovered vehicle. By law such vehicles are salvaged if not recovered within certain number of days (normally around 30 days).This vehicle was directly purchased from insurance company for resale in the condition you see it on the pics. We have one key w/remote to start the car normally. Interior is clean with great looking leather and all interior electronics in working order. Overall car is in great condition with good tires. Wheel has curb rash. Rear trunk door has a hole (not a bullet hole) which needs to be patched up. No damage to interior of the trunk door panel. Rear glass is cracked/broken. Car was driven locally and it drives great, all gears shift ok. Engine runs great! Overall condition of the vehicle is shown with many pictures above.

A SMALL NOTE ON SALVAGE VEHICLES
We specifically deal with light damaged or theft recovered salvage rebuildable vehicles. This vehicle was picked up from an insurance auction for resale. We directly purchase from insurance auctions and no middle man involved. Insurance companies usually salvage vehicles due to collision, theft, flood..etc. but this doesn't mean that they are beyond repair. In most cases its not the actual damage to the car that causes a vehicle to be salvaged but the circumstances under which they are declared salvage. For example, theft recovered vehicles are always salvaged since they are usually recovered after the owner is paid off by the insurance company. Or the owner might not want the vehicle after going through an accident even if the damages are light and easily repairable such as our cars. Whatever the case is these cars can easily be returned to the streets and that is why they're sold through auctions as repairable vehicles.
We have the salvage certificate (no-liens) in our possession and it will be re-assigned to the new owner to follow up with their state salvage process. Every state has its own salvage process and its usually filling out some forms and taking the car to an inspection after repairs (if any repairs are needed).
