Description

Well. the time has come. I've decided to sell my Jaguar XJ12. I'm downsizing and this car has to go. This XJ12 is a 1996. which was the last year of the v12 Jaguar in the US - it's also a long wheelbase model as most '96s were. It's black with a tan interior. and currently has 126k miles - with 35k miles on a rebuilt trans. It's currently my daily driver so mileage is increasing. CA car most of its life. clean Autocheck. one owner from new 'till I bought it. Recent work includes near-new Goodyear Eagle tires. new battery and alternator. fluids and oil/air filter change (approx 2k miles ago). Comes with a stack of receipts and history almost 1" thick. The Jag comes with two keys and remote. valet key. all manuals/handbooks. and the original dealer window sticker. Clear OR title in my name. current tags. Mechanically. it's sound - no leaks. no bad noises. etc. It runs/drives/stops just fine. both round town and on the freeway. A/C and heater work well. Electrically. it's astonishingly near-perfect - but the clock display is *really* hard to read and the driver's door lock sometimes doesn't pop up - ie. you have to manually pull it up to unlock the door. It's fine from the remote. the outside handle. or the console 'lock' button tho. All the power windows work. the sunroof works. the lights all work. central locking works. stereo and CD changer work. Cosmetically. well. it's a 19 year old Jag. Sun fade seems to have eluded it so far. but there's a 3" tear in the driver's seat. a couple small dings on the passengers door (<1"). a scrape on the rear bumper. and the hood has obviously been resprayed at some point. Please see photos for detail - I've put up as many as I can; if you'd like to see photos of anything specific. please send me a message. Blurb - car is located outside Portland. OR. I require a deposit within 48hrs of listing end; the car must be picked up and paid for by cash. cashier's check. or wire within seven days unless other arrangements have been made. Thanks for reading!
