2006 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE OVERLAND - ONE OWNER...LOADED!

This one owner top-of-the-line Overland has 108. 00 pampered mostly highway miles and has been meticulously maintained since day one. I still have all the original paper work and manuals. New items within the past year include battery. starter. and the windshield was replaced due to a small chip. Mechanically. the Jeep is excellent and has never suffered a major breakdown of any kind. Outside. the paint is bright and there are no dings or dents. The 50K mile Bridgestone tires have around 40K on them. Aside from some normal wear and some signs of aging. this Jeep is in overall excellent condition with all mechanical service and maintenance (other than regular 3000 mile oil changes) performed at an authorized Jeep Service Center. The only items worth mentioning are a small piece of torn weather-stripping inside the drivers door. and a surface crack in the drivers seat bolster which does not penetrate the seat cover (see pics). Also. the rear park assist can be finicky at times. I ordered this vehicle with nearly every option imaginable (see pic of actual window sticker) including tow package. skid plates and the rear seat DVD player entertainment system with remote and two sets of headphones (which have never been used). Even the spare tire has never been on the ground and the jack has never been out if it's storage compartment! I hate to see it go. but this is more vehicle than my wife and I need at this time and we would like to see it go to someone who will enjoy and take care of it as we have.
