In its purest form, his numbers-matching Coronet is an unabashedly ruthless street fighter. Free from all the nonsense add-ons that have increasingly clouded our driving experience for the better part of five decades, he car is tailor-made to be one of the most exclusive and uninhibited classics on American roads. And in addition to highly desirable aesthetics that are the direct result of a 15-year, 100K restoration, t features original Hemi power that's backed by an original TorqueFlite 3-speed and correct Hemi suspension. If you're in the market for some incredible investment grade muscle that's poised to rise in value, ere's your next prospect!

The beneficiary of a 15-year, 100K restoration that was completed in the Summer of 2015, his fully sorted Dodge mixes killer street presence with classic MoPar attitude. That reboot began with a partially restored body that was sandblasted all the way to bare metal. That metal revealed a solid fuselage that, fter the addition of a new trunk pan and a few patches, as massaged and block-sanded into a collection of virtually flawless surfaces. Once those surfaces were completely clean and fully prepped, heir all-business demeanor was reanimated in smooth 2-stage that reflects correct Bright Blue Metallic pigment. And today, he car rolls as one lust worthy classic that's ready to show AND go!

Every bit of this B-Body's bright ornamentation appears straight and presents well. And while it's really hard to determine whether all those baubles and bolt-ons are original, hey certainly look nice! At the front of the car, restored grille hangs a bright "R/T" script between four halogen headlamps, clean chrome bumper and crystal clear parking lights. Behind that grille, orrect fender-mount turn signals frame a silver-detailed hood that flows to a factory antenna and satin-finish windshield wipers. Behind that hood, orrectly tinted glass founds pristine stainless trim beneath correct drip rails and a correct driver's mirror. Below that glass, sculpted profile anchors traditional Chrysler door handles and dent-free rocker guards between small "HEMI" emblems, right "R/T" scripts, mall marker lamps and fresh wheel frames. And at the back of the car, satin valance hangs ornate taillights and another "R/T" script between polished exhaust tips, second chrome bumper and a correct bumblebee stripe.

Toss this coupe's light hood and you'll find an original, 26 cubic inch Hemi V8 that's authenticated by a famous 2468330 casting number and matching partial VIN. As Plymouth's top option for power hungry gearheads, hrysler's legendary elephant block utilizes cast iron heads, n oversquare bore, forged steel crank, orged steel rods, orged aluminum pistons and a hydraulic cam to twist stout 10.25 to 1 compression into a stated 425 horsepower and 490 lb./ft. of torque. All that high performance hardware spins in a glossy, emi Orange block that hangs attractive, rganisol-coated valve covers over correct, ow-restriction exhaust manifolds. A perfect mixture of fuel, nd oxygen is supplied by a polished and decaled air cleaner, orrect Carter carburetors and a correct aluminum intake. Compression is sparked by Chrysler Electronic Suppression cables, napped onto a correct points distributor. And resultant combustion is cooled by a big, 6-inch radiator that's fitted with pliable hoses via old school squeeze clamps. Visually, he body-matched engine compartment is clean and predictably impressive. Thanks to the car's thorough rebuild, he big mill performs just as well as when it rolled out of the showroom. A roster of correct and restored details includes items like factory decals, familiar Chrysler washer reservoir and a reproduction MoPar battery.

Slide under this solid B-Body and you'll find a virtually spotless chassis that's framed by original factory undercoating. At the center of those bones, n original A727 TorqueFlite, hich hangs a correct PK2801544K part number beneath a matching partial VIN, pins power to a correct 8.75-inch axle. That spirited driveline rides in a correct, ompletely restored Hemi Suspension, hich is fitted with correct power steering. Stops come courtesy of correct heavy-duty power drum brakes. Exhaust is handled by upgraded, -inch tubes, hich bend around an H-shaped crossover and brash Flowmaster mufflers. And everything rolls on Bright Blue Metallic steelies, hich twist correct F70-15 Goodyear Speedway redlines around brilliant fratzog center caps.

Swivel this Dodge's level doors and you'll find a correct White on Blue interior that's functional, traightforward and very livable. Correct, eadrest-free seats are wrapped in pliable vinyl covers that display hardly any signs of wear. Between those seats, correct console, omplete with an ornate shifter, urfs stain-free carpet that's protected by color-keyed, R/T" branded floor mats. At the sides of that carpet, hite door panels look sublime inside correct, ight Blue Metallic frames. In front of those panels, modernist dash seats sweeping telemetry and a correct tachometer next to a familiar Dodge Solid State. In front of the driver, glossy steering wheel laps a satin horn bar. And behind the passengers, nicely finished trunk hides a correct jack and spare tire between a plaid mat and new decal.
